Prices for our “standard base” homes start at $347,400 (not including the lot). Our average total price starts in the $435,000’s.

Since Aurora Homes is a custom builder, the rest is up to your dreams and budget. Every home we build is tailored to those two things. I’d like to speak with you a little more to learn what you are interested in, but here are some of the most frequently selected custom items:

+ Tile & Flooring Upgrades = $2,000 to $6,000

+ Finished Basement =  +- $55 psf / +- $44,000 (average)

Lot prices in and around Omaha vary based on location and amenities. Good lots in popular areas typically start in the $65,000 to $80,000 range.
